However, if a defective product ends up in your hands, we consider it our obligation to accept the return or replacement if it meets the conditions for a defective product.
1. Return of products
1.1 Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawalYou can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product in order for it to be considered within the deadline and no additional justification is required from you. In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, the packaging is intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials are included. In the event that the product has lost its value due to mistreatment, which goes beyond the simple examination of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you must restore the reduction in its value with financial compensation. In this case, the specific financial compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you. In any such case, you will be informed before the crediting and refunding process is completed. In cases where the product ordered by the customer does not meet his requirements and the fact is due exclusively to a miscalculation by the customer, then the cost of transporting the returned product and sending the new one is borne by the customer and is proportional to the original order without any additional cost. In the event that the product is not returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and in its original packaging, then nooriya.gr may not accept the return.
1.2 To avoid unnecessary orders and returns, for any questions, we recommend that you contact us before ordering. Upon receipt of your products, check for any defects that may exist so that we can replace them.
1.3 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded from applicable legislation and case law, such as products that have been manufactured for you with your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed. In the event of repeated returns or in the event that nooriya.gr, in its absolute discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of withdrawal and acting in bad faith, it reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.
1.4 Order Cancellation PolicyThe customer may cancel their order for any reason they wish within five (5) business days and as long as the products have not been shipped. This can be done by telephone or email of the customer.
1.5 Times – Refund TermsThe money is usually refunded immediately. In some cases and depending on the bank, the time can be increased up to 14 days. The money is refunded if and as long as the above conditions are met.
2. Product Return Procedure
2.1 Return via courier
Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipping.
Place a document inside the packaging you have made, stating whether you want to receive a corresponding product or another of equal value. All this, of course, after the product has been deemed eligible for return.
Send the package via the courier agency from which you received your order. Please note that the return costs are borne by the customer.

For purchases of products worth €100 and above, shipping is free, valid for envelopes up to A4 size
Shipments of parcels by courier are always made after consultation with our company.

For shipments to Cyprus and the European Union (EU), the order is shipped in 2-5 business days, the courier company we work with is the Hellenic Post (ELTA)
